Both my thoughts- but what do you say to a guy who recently lost his bike and his car in the same neighborhood.

I don't want to jump to any conclusions- I mean, this stuff happens all the time- right?

For now, I only hope this does not prove to be an ongoing dilemma, as I like my home- I also hope for the safety of everyone as times are rough all around- Still, my trouble lies in helping an upset friend and myself- both in need of answers.
